Music at St. John Eudes gives students the opportunity to explore rhythm, melody, and musical expression while developing creativity, confidence, and an appreciation for the arts. Through engaging instruction and hands-on experiences, students build musical skills, discover new ways to express themselves, and experience the joy that comes from learning and creating music together.
SJE School’s Music Program
The St. John Eudes Music Program introduces students to the fundamentals of music through an original, standards-based curriculum that incorporates connections to history and other areas of learning. Through analytical instruction, cooperative learning, and shared musical experiences, students explore rhythm, melody, and key musical concepts while developing creativity, focus, and self-expression. Supported by resources through Google Classroom, the program encourages students to strengthen their musical abilities, collaborate with others, and develop a lasting appreciation for music.
