Tuition

From Preschool through Grade 8, we are committed to helping every student reach their full potential in a safe, welcoming environment.
We understand that affordability is an important consideration for every family. St. John Eudes School offers competitive tuition rates and flexible payment plans designed to make a high-quality Catholic education both accessible and affordable.
REGULAR TUITION
Cost per student: $9,500/year
11 month payments: $864/month
12 month payments: $792/month
DISCOUNTED TUITION
Cost per student: $8,550/year
11 month payments: $777/month
12 month payments: $713/month
Note: regarding DISCOUNTED TUITION: To quallify for the discounted tuition rates, a family must regularly attend Sunday Mass at St. John Eudes and, between January 1 to December 31, 2025, (a) contributed at least $600 to St. John Eudes Parish (unrestricted donations) per the Parish Year-End Contribution Statement or (b) actively participated in one of St. John Eudes’ Parish ministries (see www.sjeparish.net) for at least 40 hours per a Parish Service Hour form signed by the Ministry Lead or Department Head.
NON-REFUNDABLE and due at the time of registration
Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten and New Students: $475/student per year
Returning students (Grades 1 to 8): $450 (due 2/18/2026)
Fees can be prepaid or paid over 11 or 12 months through FACTS. This must be done by 3/18/2026.
Educational School Fee: $500/student per year
Technology Fee: $450/student per year
Security Fee: $600/family per year
PTSO Membership Fee: $35/family per year
Nap Mat Fee: $50/student (TK and K only)
Sacrament Fee: $75/student (Grade 2 only)
Graduation Fee: $400/student (Grade 8 only)
A $35 late fee will be added to the Registration and/or School Fees if payment is not received by the due date or if the FACTS Agreement is not finalized and signed.
We want every student to begin the school year feeling prepared and excited to learn. The grade-level supply lists will help ensure your child has the materials needed for a smooth and successful start. Please click on the link below to select your child’s required classroom supplies.
Fundraising Requirement: $750/family per year
Service Hours Requirement (choose one):
• Complete 40 service hours (uncompleted hours are charged at a rate of $40 per hour)
• Contribute at least $1,500 to the School’s Endowment or Scholarship Fund (matching funds from your employer may be used)
ANNUAL
Full payment of tuition and Fees on or before 4/30/2026.
Automatic monthly payment through FACTS from a checking or savings account.
MONTHLY
Spread over 12 months — Starting June 2026
Spread over 11 months — Starting July 2026
Note: Payments may be made by cash, check (payable to St. John Eudes School) or credit card (additional 3% charge will be added) at the School Office or by credit card through your FACTS account.
Before School: 7:00 to 7:30am
After School: 2:55 to 6:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
12:55 to 6:00pm (Fridays)
